Fawcett Driver Training are offering free workshops for senior representatives from companies based in the North West of England and North Wales.

The free course is to provide your company decision-makers with an example of the enjoyable and informative training available from Fawcett Driver Training.

The itinerary for the half-day session is as follows:

9.15am (1.15pm) Welcome:

Greetings & Introduction

9.30am (1.30pm) Collision causation:

What is a good driver?
What annoys people on the road?
Facts, figures & collision data
Concentration, fatigue and distractions

10.45am (2.45pm) Tea/Coffee break

11am (3pm) Collision avoidance:

Fault vs. avoidability
Hazard awareness
Defensive driving techniques
Time pressures and stress

12.30pm (4.30pm) Conclusion:

Conclusion of training

Why the free training?

Because the majority of people attending the collision avoidance courses have an enjoyable 3 hours and report that their attitudes have been changed for the better.

The workshop is very much group activities led and has been used by some companies as a team-building exercise!
